About Nano-method™
What is Nano-method™？
Nano-method™ is a term I coined myself. (It’s short for “nano-speed-hypnosis-method,” the literal translation from Japanese.) “Nano” means “one billionth.” Thus, Nano-method™makes hypnosis possible in much shorter time than possible with conventional methods.
Hypnosis has not generally been a focus of interest because it is believed that hypnosis has a limit. This limit is the fact that some people can be hypnotized while other people cannot.
People who are easily hypnotized accept hypnotic suggestions without any resistance. On the other hand, those who cannot be hypnotized feel resistance to hypnotic suggestions.
At its very core, this resistance is created from the subject’s own consciousness. Thus, I felt that conventional hypnosis provides too much time for the subject’s consciousness to think about the hypnotic suggestions. From biological and physical points of view, I began exploring how to shorten the time needed to reach the trance state. After much research, I finally succeeded.

In a nanosecond, Nano-method™ can lead anyone into a trance state.
Nano-method™ can put the subject into a trance state without giving him/her time to think,“What does this or that word mean?” Once in a trance state, hypnotic suggestions work directly on the subject’s unconscious so that his/her desires can be realized.
Traditional hypnosis takes about 20 minutes for a person to go into a trance state. Ericksonian hypnosis (modern hypnosis) also takes about 15 to 20 minutes for the first session. In the second session, the trance state can be reached in just 5 minutes by using an anchoring technique.
But Nano-method™ does all this in just the blink of an eye. In a nanosecond, this method can lead anyone into a trance state.
Moreover, because subsequent guidance can be developed very quickly, it becomes possible to achieve the same results using Nano-method® that would take 10 times as long with traditional hypnosis. As a result, much greater effects can be achieved.

Trademark registration of Nano-method™
At first glance, Nano-method™ appears to be a simple process. It seems like anyone can easily imitate its methods. However, Nano-method™ is a very specific technique that includes follow-up guidance after a subject is led into a trance state. Simply imitating the outward appearance of introducing a person into a trance state is quite different from using true Nano-method™.
Although anyone can simply study and learn Nano-method™, it could be dangerous to practice hypnotherapy using Nano-method® techniques without proper knowledge and training. Therefore, in order to avoid misuse, Nano-method™ is registered as a trademark.
For those who wish to practice hypnotherapy using Nano-method™, they must take a training course offered by Alpha Hypnosis Training, and then pass a qualifying exam to earn a certificate and an authorization number.
It is possible that legal action could be taken against those who circumvent this official authorization. Such legal action would be unfortunate but unavoidable, in order to prevent the misuse of Nano-method™ and avoid misleading those who seek help through this therapy. At present, we are in the process of registering our trademark in the U.S.
